Yesterday, I spent over two hours on hold. After the first 35 minutes............. I was disconnected and no one fro Verizon called me back. "We can lose our job for calling out". I was told that there were 14,000 people in "queue" waiting for agents. I guess that those with unfixable issues like mine get disconnected rather than addressed.
I called back, and nearly 90 minutes on hold got me to some "cheery" Tier Two agent who tried to assure me that it was a beautiful day and that being on hold was just a part of my wonderful life. How about treating us like customers instead of cattle or hay bales? Two hours of my life that I will never get back from these liars................................ no fix
