I purchased 4 phones in Dec 2020. 2 were upgrades and 2 were new lines. I was told to come back to the store in 8 weeks to pickup prepaid visa cards. So when I went back , same rep said we didn't get them in. You will need to call customer service to get the rebate. Long story short, the rebate had expired. I had 6 weeks to submit it. I lost 400 dollars, while increasing my bill almost 300 more a month. I have 9 lines with Verizon and been a customer for almost 19 years. Recently lost my spouse and was trying to consolidate myself and children on one account.
Stores are irresponsible. I had one store, put a pirated app on my tablet to watch movies. They sold it me by saying that the app was included with purchase.
