I have never had such poor customer service as I did this morning after chatting with 2 reps and a Supervisor. The worst part came with chatting with the Supervisor. I made sure to let him know due to this experience I will be changing providers, he didnt seem to care much at all. I am blown away that I spend over $300 a month with this company to be treated so poorly. I asked to file a complaint and was told not to worry the chats are monitored. That was not my question but then again he chose to ignore several of my questions. Hate knowing that I have been giving my money to this company when they clearly do not value me as a customer.
