I upgraded our 2 iphones for xmas a couple weeks ago. We opened them, activated them, and love them! Now trying to trade-in the old iphone 7's, they have disappered from our account and Verizon says they are ineligible to trade in. Have had a horrible time trying to SPEAK to ANYONE on the phone let alone the horrible chat assistant. Have scheduled a callback, got the call, only to have NO ONE on the other end... the phone just kept ringing back on hold. Tried to call customer serivce again with no resolve. We have been loyal Verizon customers for years and it seems as if the "loyal customera" are being pushed to the back to make room for more profit! If Verizon won't honor my trade-in credit which I was promised when ordering the new iphones, I want my money back and I'll reactivate the old 7's!!!
