Verizon needs to improve customer service. My mom lost her phone and try to put a hold on the account. After an hour of dealing with the clerk, he told us he froze the account. He did not do it. We had to drive to a store and wait another hour to be seen. We didn't get any help from them either. We had to move heaven and earth to get them to freeze the account. I'm so tempted to change carriers after this experience. Whatever happened to customer service? Verizon is horrible.
That's horrible. If it's android we're you able to track it with Google find my device? It will ring your device for 5min even on silent and it maps the location pretty good.
