Zip code 62959; This entire area is over saturated with Verizon customers. This area is in dire need of you to bring Ultra Wideband into this area. But you haven’t done so. In between Marion, IL and Carbondale IL I would guess there are probably close to 100,000 Verizon subscribers. Yet we are on an inferior LTE network that cannot handle the amount of customers. So what really made me angry is I drove up to a little bitty town North of here and miraculously had UW coverage.
I have been trying T-Mobile’s network for about 3 weeks now and in my area their 5G is excellent. I get well over 100mbps no matter where I go. Verizon I'm lucky to get 10.
So let me ask why am I paying so much for an inferior network? Your prices keep going up your veterans discount is a joke. Explain to me why I should stay and continue to pay almost double what I would with T-Mobile when your network is old and ineffective?
