Horrible User Interface on Website and Horrible Layout of Billing

Why is the website complicated looped into webpages that end up being useless. For example,  I cannot even access the past billings' details. It only directs me to the payment history. It does not archive my billing to a page where I can easily have access to. If Verizon refuses to provide archives of billing handy, I want Verizon to email it the PDF version of it or do it the old way-paper in the mail. I cannot even change my billling delivery method to either way. 

 

And the new billing layout is an absolute nightmare. All the useless cost changes are showing up from month-to-month comparison. And they do a weird sum up method to exaggurate the billing amount. 

 

If there is any ethical good will is left here, use simple and TRANSPARENT layout and system please.
