Can't tell you how bad the service has become. I needed to change my plan, which is a "down grade" not an up sell
Went to the Costa Mesa, CA store. Abbie tells me that they need to "sell", and I must call in the service changes. They can't help me with that.
Verizon is suppose to be the best. I know it is a bit more expensive. After 20 plus years I'm going to shop.
