Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. Horrible loyalty program

I have 4 lines with Verizon for years now and want to upgrade my iphone to an 13 pro max because my iphone 11 is 4G and when I’m at work I literally can’t make calls because it’s all 5G towers so I spoke to the Verizon customer service chat to see what they can do for me because t-mobile online chat is offering me a free iphone 13 pro max 256gb to switch to them and was basically told by the the verizon customer service agent oh well switch over. That’s fine but they have deals to get new customers but loyal customers are told bye bye. I’m going to the t-mobile store tomorrow to transition because not only is the Verizon service network getting worse and worse they just don’t care a out loyal customers as opposed to getting new ones.
