How Do I Unblock My Number?

A while back I blocked my number so it doesn't show when I place a call.  How do I unblock it?

Log into your MyVerizon account. Under "My Plan & Services" navigate to "Blocks". Expand "Block Services". Near the bottom under "Additional Services", "Caller ID Blocking" should be turned on if your number is not shown when making a call. Simply turn it off and people should start seeing your number when you make a call.

I try to do that but it’s says that it can’t update now try later. And it’s been like this for a couple days already.
