What do I have to do to stop Verizon from waking me in the middle of the night with text messages regarding billing? I get a text message from Verizon every month around 3 a.m. This morning it woke me and I never got back to sleep. If you can't program your computers not to text people during the middle of the night, then MAKE EMAIL NOTIFICATION ONLY AN OPTION. I DON'T WANT YOUR TEXT MESSAGES REGARDING BILLING. I have auto pay and there is ALWAYS $30.50 in the bank to cover it. I have many other auto-pay accounts set up for billing and NONE OF THEM harass me with text messages ever and they all get paid each month. I have a basic phone so don't tell me how to turn the ring tone off, etc. I can't even block phone nos. like I could with SPRINT. You are making me sorry I switched to Verizon. Why do you think it's acceptable to wake people in the middle of the night? It's ridiculous!
I am so sorry that this is happening. We can definitely help. I would have to review your account, so I have sent you a private message. Please respond when you have a chance and we can get this taken care of. Thanks so much!

can you put them on "mute" as in "mute conversation" so you will still get the message but you wont receive any noise notification for it.
