A: You can check the status of your online order by visiting https://www.verizonwireless.com/orderstatus. You’ll just need your order number (or preorder confirmation number) and the last name on the order.
Right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing! I ordered a phone and spoken to a manager to handle the order because I had issues with sales reps over the phone. Guy said I would have my new phone Tuesday. It's Wednesday and no phone. I check order status here in the version app and no order is showing up. I already paid $19 for a phone that stated on the agreement no money down required and I can't find my phone even with the order number and location code. Very annoyed at this point! About to switch phone providers. I'm not locked into paying for the phone that I never received and verizon seems to have no record of it!

Kccorsentino, it saddens me to see you are going through this type of experience when ordering a new phone. I do apologize for any inconvenience you have gone through. I will be more than happy to assist. Please share with me some more details on the order that you placed with the manager (in store, over the phone)? Also, confirm for me did you receive a confirmation email when you processed the order?
