***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. On the afternoon of Monday 12/5, all users will be able to log into the new Verizon Community. We expect the new Community to be fully functional the morning of Friday 12/9. How can I set a new account manager?

I previously lost my cell phone and am looking to add my dad as an account manager on my account. However, when I go to make the change in My Verizon, I am required to receive a text to verify my identity and make the change. How can I make the change to my account when I am no longer in posession of the phone on the account?

Hi, MerriNeer! I know you're looking to set up a new account. To gain clarity, are you a current VZW customer looking to add a new line, or are you looking to come over to the VZW network? Would you be purchasing new equipment, or using already purchased equipment?
