If logged into the desktop version of My Verizon as Account Owner/Manager:

- hover over Bill at the top, then click Bill Overview

- scroll down a bit and click the drop-down next to the billing cycle; change to whatever cycle you want to view

- click View This Bill PDF

I don't know. Are you getting an error or something when logging into your MyVerizon account online?

There is no "billing cycle" in my dropdown.

Are you looking at the billing cycle (with the drop-down to the right of it) as shown in the following screen-grab?  What happens when you click the drop-down, do you encounter an error?

This is what I get , as I said, there is no billing cycle.

That's because you're looking in the wrong place. 

As noted earlier, click Bill Overview

Scroll down a bit and under the Find Out What Changed From Your Last Bill section, you should see the section referred to in the earlier link, i.e.,

How to view previous billing statements | Verizon Wireless

Click the drop-down next to the billing cycle and change it to whatever cycle you want to view.

Scroll down a bit more and under Your Bill This Month, click View This Bill PDF.

Sleaze, as the manager of finances in my house I understand how important it is to have access to the bills each month. I appreciate you bringing your concern forward that you are not seeing your latest billing statement. Here is how to see your latest billing statement: How to view your latest billing statement | Verizon Wireless  If you are still seeing last months, then your new bill has not generated yet.
