How can i block restricted and Unknown callers?

Someone keeps calling restricted and it is driving me insane. Is there a way to block unknown callers?

family base is the only way to do it that I'm aware of.

This is something that frustrates me as well. As mentioned by mfslandshark, Family Base is  the best option to block restricted calls. Here is more information about it: http://vz.to/1LKKyPV

I find this pitiful that such a basic question is not able to be answered by Verizon, leaving the blind to lead the blind!  I'm sure the 5 of us who are complaining about 'Unknown' callers and 'Unknown Caller ID's (that are easily getting past Verizon's 'Call Filter' which doesn't address this issue) are all scratching our heads on how to protect ourselves.

Hello! Thank you for bringing this to our attention today. I certainly understand how annoying it can be to receive unwanted calls. Please go to your Call Filter app > Block, and let me know which settings you have turned on for your Spam Filter. *Bryan
