In my latest bill, I was told that the My Rewards+ points in my account were about to expire. I've carefully followed the instructions to access the points redemption page, but I never get there. I've tried using the app on my phone and going to verizon.com/myawardsredeem, but I keep getting asked to log in again. I can only access the Verizon Up page. Please help.
I'm right here to help! I know how awesome it is to be able to redeem reward points. I'm sorry that you're having trouble. I am a bit concerned as we do not show any reward points on bills. The only reward program we have is called Verizon Up. You are able to see the rewards you have available to use right in the Verizon Up page in the My Verizon app. Are you referring to Verizon Up reward points? If so, please refer to "#2. How do I claim an Earned Reward or Bonus Reward?" under the "Choosing Rewards" section in this link https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/verizon-up-faqs/ Additionally, please review the "Using Rewards" in that link as well for more details. You can call 1 866-948-2725 to talk to someone about redeeming your Rewards+ credits.
Your Rewards+ program is expiring May 31st. You can redeem your points by calling 1-866-948-2725. They dont seem to make this easy to access.
