If we knew how to navigate to the verizon cloud, we wouldn't have to ask people how to access the cloud.

We definitely want to make sure that you are able to access the Verizon Cloud online with My Verizon easily. Below is a link you can click on and enter in your My Verizon username and password so that it takes you directly to the Verizon Cloud. Let us know how this goes.
