How do I allow hotspot to be available on my child's phone? On the phone it says that the account manager needs to allow it (I suspect I turned it off when my child was a young teen). I can't find where I need to go to allow it. Thanks in advance!
The hotspot feature was either blocked with the Smart Family feature options or you blocked it on their line through the MyVerizon account online for their line. If it is a block, I'm sure if you would remove it through the account owner's MyVerizon account online or if you have to sign into that line's MyVerizon account to get to the Blocks section for that line.
