My debit card that automatically pays my bill is expiring. How can I call in using my telephone to speak english words to a human being so that Verizon will have my new information and continue to get paid for their services? I do not have passwords or logins, or anything else. I just want to call in and update my information using verbal communication. Verizon is in essence a phone company, so I do not understand why this is so difficult.
