I just made an in-store appointment for this coming Saturday. They said you have to check-in on the Verizon app 15 minutes prior to the appt. I opened the Verizon app just to make sure that feature is there, but I don't see anything that says check-in. I have location turned on like they said. I looked everywhere for anything that mentions appointments or check-in and nothing. Am I missing something? or do I actually have to be at the store for the feature to show up? So confused.
