Hi! My phone is still not working and I don't know how check the status of my ticket. How do I do that?
You call and get told that ticket is open more or less faint if get anything beyond that my ticket recently I got a text last week with the ticket number claimed someone would contact me within 24 hours never happened today got second text claimed been looked at blah blah than gave link to there scripted excuses used prior and given on here i.e trees building etc basically a automatically generated text while they didn't do anything mine was in regards to signal issue being poor as many others have reported
