I want to know this also.
There should be an email address prominently displayed on the VZN website.
All I can find is chat which is closed for the night, and phone #
My question isn't the kind of emergency I'd want to call about, and I suspect the night staff couldn't answer my question anyway.
I just needed to leave an email for tech support.
Why on earth would they want to make this difficult?
Trying to outsource customer service to a user forum = LAME!
Yes, I have searched for the same thing, and it is clear that Verizon Wireless decided they could save money (they just scrape by with what we pay them each month) by eliminating any email support.
The next most desirable form of customer service would be text Live Chat. That shows "No operators available" for every purpose except Billing or Shopping, every time I look -- with no option even to leave a message.
I get it from their business perspective there is a risk (no, Verizon's experience) that customer concerns will stack up to an unanswerable pile, so they just throttle incoming issues by offering only 1) Phone support connected to people who know a little bit, and have very limited authority to do anything helpful, or 2) Postal mail street addresses to send concerns.
Even a monitored online discussion thread like this could be worthwhile. See, for example, Republic Wireless which is clear up front about their support methods. And about the small fraction of VZW prices they charge.
Does anyone have a better method of communicating with VZW? I started searching when I learned about a significant Security Vulnerability present in Android 4.0 through 4.3 which allows attackers to remove device locks. http://web.nvd.nist.gov/view/vuln/detail?vulnId=CVE-2013-6271
This has been around since November, 2013. A little help, please, VZW?
I have spent hours on the phone with customer service and they are still threatening reporting me to credit agencies for a landline that was never physcially installed. I have no jacks in my house and the landline could not be installed in a timely manner, so this account was canceled as soon as I was notified of this issue. Account Number 7560641500001. I should have a $0 bill for this account, but it is $211.52. I will not spend any more time on the phone. I will not pay this bill. I will cancel all my Verizon wireline and wireless services which are extensive and which I have had for 30 years if this is not handled.
