I am here to help you as much as possible, traray16. What specifically are you trying to do? You can certainly remove the call history from your device by deleting it, as bd94s10 suggested. There is not a way to delete your call history off your billing. You can sign up for automatic bill pay that way you do not have to see your call history. Here is how: http://vz.to/1TMJVdm

I just got off of chat with Customer Service. If you have more than one line you can make all the other lines "Account Users" and they can't see call details. However if you have only one line (like I do) then you can't make yourself just a User so it is impossible to do. I was shocked when the Agent said "why don't you want your call history to show" to which I replied "that's none of your business". It is very sad that this corporation does not care about your privacy and doesn't give you full control over the information you want to be available.
