I have a recurring billing issue that I have been trying to get resolved since August with no resolution. I have called, chatted, and have 2 support tickets open. Once of which has had no response from customer service since September. How do I escalate to management at this point because this has been going on too long and i have spent way too much of my valuable time on this. Is there a process or contact I can reach out to with my support ticket numbers and issue?
