Help! Our family of three upgraded our phones in June 2021 and still have not received the promotional credit for one of the phones. we've been calling and chatting for the past 3 months and are assured every time that it will be fixed on the next billing cycle. I am tired of being lied to and have ran out of patience. I'm ready to walk across the street to T-Mobile if Verizon not can't fix this today and show proof on an updated bill. Never had one problem with Verizon until we upgraded our phones but now our bill has been jacked up since we upgraded and we are tired of being jerked around. Wife spent another hour and a half on the phone this morning where she was assured it would be fixed by noon EST today and we would get an email which has yet to come..

You can't, they do not care. Their objective is to slowly raise your bill and hope you don't care or notice. I started at 375 a month now it's 700 and I made no changes. Each time you call they add the cloud or insurance to your bill. They don't care!!!! They don't speak English either.
I've waited a year snd s half for our credit and still have not gotten it. When you call your transfered around then disconnected. Verizon is the worst company I've been with. Their customer service speaks broken English and it's hard to understand them. Good luck
