I started on My VZ and see that I can go back 18mos. So I started a chat asking for a bill from 2013.. the chat said to go to a VZ store. I did and they said call customer service. I called customer service and they said they cannot and only the store can?? I called the store back and the manager said they cannot. I see it's a common topic with everyone saying call and they cost $5 but I have had a chat, a call, a visit and another call and no one can seem to get the story straight on how I get an old bill... HELP!!!
Bills that old can be provided by Customer Service. If you're having trouble getting them to fulfill your request when calling you may want to direct them to their website which states-
"If you need a copy of a bill that's older than 18 months, you can call Customer Service at (800) 922-0204 to order an archived bill."

Like I said, I called twice and even had someone who sounded like they were really trying to help. Thanks for your response.. they pm'd me so hopefully this is resolved now.
