If you're logged into your My Verizon account as Account Owner/Manager, you have access to the past 18 months' worth of bills and can download a .pdf version of the bill.
If it's past 18 months, you should be able to get a copy of the bill from Customer Service (*611 from your cell phone or 800-922-0204); they charge $5 per bill that's recovered.
