I got a phone on edge and have not activated it and have decided I want to return it, I need a return shipping label and on my orders I am not given the option to print one. It has been less than 14 days since I made the order and I have not activated the phone. How do I print my return shipping label?
I tried asking Verizon online customer support chat and they gave me a number to call tomorrow, why can't the online chat help me out with a return shipping label?

Take it back to a store. If more than 14 days you will be charged $299 and that includes if they can't find it in their warehouse. Hurry and act now!!
