I ordered the 5g home internet, and set up my account before it even arrived at my house. When I set up my account, I added a debit card, turned on autopay and paperless billing. My new bill just showed up today for the full price. I asked customer service through the chat, and they said there is no way to get the discount on your first bill and they will apply it in one or two more bills. This is super frustration as I switched because of the price with discount. I assumed the marketing was legit and I could save by turning on autopay. Is there any way I can still get this discount on my current bill?
