I recently moved out of the US ( Denmark). I contacted Verizon and had phone cancelled. I was trying to pay final bill but it asked for account number and I have nothing that shows the FULL account number. I try to log into My Verizon but don't recall the info needed for access and am unable to get it to send it to the email I''ve used with them since I got the account over 9 years ago. I'm just trying to pay my final bill so that I don't receive any collections on my credit report. Also doesn't have a chat option unless you can log in so that isn't an option either.

All you people replying to use this link..... it will ask for the FULL ACCOUNT# ! That is why this person was asking for help. Why would Verizon send us an email with final bill AFTER the account is deactivated and in the email, reference the account # with only the last 5 or 6 digits? It doesn't help in using the link they provide to access the deactivated account, because it wants the FULL account#!!! Most people go paperless and they hide the fudging' FULL ACCOUNT# on your ebill. Totally useless.
