I search online but all I can find is saying to go to my devices and it shows you right there but all it says is an upgrade is available and irrelevant information like device id and nothing about my contract end date. I've fiddled around for about an hour and clicked on everything I could think of but found nothing about my contract... All the information online is also from years ago and this site has updated since then so nothing works. The most recent is from a year ago regarding this question. I can't remember when I last upgraded my device or plan but I upgraded my phone some time last year I think which may have restarted my contract. I'm looking to live cheaper and cut on bills so I need to know when my contract ends so I can find one more affordable.
dbrew94, Verizon no longer does contracts, which is why the information you are seeing is showing as old. It's probably from your last contract. If you're on a Device Payment, you can pay it in full at any time without penalty. We'd be more than happy to do an account review with you and make sure you are getting all available discounts and promotions. The OP can also call customer service at 1-800-922-0204 from a landline or *611 from their phone. They can also visit a corporate store for assistance.
