I had a very harsh encounter with my local branch in Amsterdam, NY.
Ordered a phone over the phone, wrong phone got ordered by a rep. A worse yet more expensive phone.
Called in in the morning got told by Shawna the manager to wait a few minutes until they were done with their current customers, fine.
2 hours go by i call again Shawna says to me that it will just be another couple minutes and that i will always be last because shes going to take care of the customers in the store first.
2 more hours go by and she yet again tells me to wait longer. 4 hours and no service. Told her to cancel the order still waiting on the cancellation.
Why are customers that are on the phone treated worse?
I am a disabled veteran and going to the store is difficult for me, so i feel like a second rate customer for being disabled. I don't think that is right.
Make sure to tell the store manager your experience.
