Free Account??  Not sure what you're referring to.  You need to be more specific or call 800-922-0204, *611 or visit a Verizon store.

If you're asking how to create a My Verizon account, open a browser and type in 'myverizon.com'.  That should take you to a login page with a 'Register' link at the bottom. You can also get the My Verizon app for access on your phone/device and there may be a 'Register' option there as well.
