How long does it take an online order to process? It's been four days, I received the first order confirmation email, however every time I call and/or chat to ask about the order, no one can locate it. They just keep telling me to be patient and let it process, but no one seems to even know what I ordered or why it's not showing up under My Verizon account online. Anyone else having issues? No one will even allow me to forward my confirmation email to them to see that I have received it.
