On October 3, I upgraded to an iPhone 13 Pro and initiated the process to trade in my iPhone XR. My new phone and the trade-in materials arrived on the 12th. On the 13th, I shipped my trade-in to the Returns Center. UPS reports that my phone was delivered on the morning of the 19th.
So far, my trade-in status on the Verizon website remains at "Initiated". No indication yet that I shipped the phone nor that the phone arrived. How long should it take for that process to happen and for Verizon to notify me that they have received my iPhone XR?
Thanks for your help!

Making sure that your trade-in gets completed is always important. It takes 7-10 business days for the trade to show as received once it goes through inspection. Then, it takes 1-2 billing cycles for the trade-in credit to be applied. Does this information help?

Yes, this does help! May I suggest that this info, or at least some of it, be added to the Trade-In FAQ's on the Verizon website? That would also be most helpful. Thanks!
