My Verizon bill has been messed up for 4 months. 6 different people have “fixed it” so far only to make it worse. I’m being charged for a phone I traded in 5 months ago. Now I’m also being billed full price for my new device. At what point can I just send my phone back and walk away? Done with Verizon.
