I have 7 lines on my account. I was able to add individual nicknames to the devices they own, but my bill is only showing my name to all other 6 lines.
I should be able to this online very easily so that myself and others also have an idea of what their bill looks like instead of me remembering all numbers and to whom it belongs too.
sweetsikri4u, we understand the importance of managing your account the best way you see possible. To clarify, have you updated the names of the individual lines via My Verizon? Are those names reflected when you pull up your My Verizon account?
I have the same issue, and yes, I have updated the nicknames on all lines, but still the assigned names are not reflected on my bill; although they are reflected when I view my account online.
