How to Contact a Verizon Wireless Finance Department Manager

Dear Verizon,

I would like to put in a formal request to speak with a manager within the finances & billing department so I can discuss an urgent matter with my Verizon wireless account.

I have already tried to contact Verizon wireless via their general customer service #, via the online chat, via the messenger service and I am not able to connect with anyone who can help me resolve this account issue. 

Please let me know the appropriate procedure in how to submit a formal request to speak with a manager. I have been a loyal Verizon customer for over 15 years and whenever I’m directly connected to speak with a live-agent manager, they have always been very helpful and able to assist me.

Hi Joshua, thank you for responding. I was just on the phone with a Verizon representative for over an hour at 5pm. The representative was working to resolve the issues with my account and then the line was disconnected. I recieved 2 text messages from Verizon Wireless saying “sorry we were disconnected, we will call you back at 800.922.0204“ but I have not received a call back. Please, I need to speak with an Accounts Specialist so I can finish resolving everything with my account.

Hi Joshua,

After spending over 3 hours on the phone with countless Verizon agents….I just wanted to acknowledge the help of *two amazing Verizon wireless representatives* I was finally able to speak with.
First, I was connected to *Kyle* who was very pleasant and made sure to then reach out to his supervisor to assure my issues were resolved.
Then, I was connected to a supervisor named Lou and she was so helpful. Lou was able to successfully take care of my account and assure that my service is protected. Thank you to Kyle for forwarding me to his supervisor, Lou.

And thank you SO much to Lou for all of her hard work, dedication and support. That was true fantastic customer service! Lou is wonderful, thank you again for resolving these matters! Have a great evening.
