I want to add wife as account manager. Verizon wants to verify my identity and the option given is the phone number on the account. I have never had a phone with verizon, it is a jetpack. I see on the jetpack there is a place for messages but I am not getting any. All I know is i can't make this addition or any changes to my account because I can't verify? I had an email option up until today when it was finally changed by staff ... but now .. updated email option to verify is no longer there .. just the phone number? Can my account email be added to the verification step please?
