We are extremely frustrated with Verizon and on the brink of switching all five (5) lines to another carrier. We have been with Verizon for over 18 years now. It is very apparent that Verizon simply do not care about customer loyalty. I am sure, I can save at least $95/mon by switching, so the incentive to switch is pretty high right now.
Can someone show me how to contact or complain to corporate office? We tried to resolve the matter but the guys in India were not helpful and simply decided to do nothing. I respect all cultures but I want to speak with someone other than the service guys in India.
