Hello, I cancelled my service recently and would like to pay off my balance; however, my online account was desactivated. I do not know my final balance, nor can I get access to the account to make my final payment.
That is right. If you port your number or close the account you immediately lose access to My Verizon. You must wait for a final bill to come in the mail and then you can send a check or call 1-800-922-0204 to pay.
