We understand how important it is to get that phone sent back, concerned09. 7e18n1 provided a good tip to lead you in the right direction. We can get you straight to the label. When you're logged into your My Verizon account, you can typehttps://login.verizonwireless.com/amserver/UI/Login?realm=vzw&goto=https%3A%2F%2Fmyaccount.verizonwi... in the address bar to get you right to your orders.

At the bottom of most Verizon Wireless sponsored web pages is a link called Return Policy.

This solution does not work...The only device option to select as a return is the replacement device, not the defective one.  I am being charged $50 for a "restocking fee" as a result.

There needs to be a link that sends us to the return label so we are not charged unnecessarily.

I called Verizon and customer service was able to resend a label...
