I am eligible for two $100 bill credits for two new smartphones on Verizon Edge. My credits were due to be applied within 2-3 billing cycles. Billing cycle 4 is now processed with no credits yet. Customer service told me to wait 14 business days after a 30 minute call. Totally unsatisfactory.
Are you waiting 14 business days before you call back? Or they are going to process them and you should have them in 14 days?
