I am not getting any of my calls & wifi is not working so my data usage is through the roof, what is going on??

I have reset my phone, made sure it's not on "do not disturb", reset network settings... all I could find online to fix this.  I am not getting ANY calls, I've called myself and after 3 rings it sends me straight to voicemail; meanwhile no missed calls alerts & no calls ever go through. Additionally, in the last month I used ALL of my data which never happens, turns out wifi is turning off & on and half the time when it's on it doesn't work so my phone used up all my data.  I have verizon wifi at home so I can only guess that's also a problem.  What is going on verizon?? ETA: I have all my bars & have been receiving texts so it appears to be a call issue.

Roland, Yikes,  it sounds like that is a bit of a nightmare. Lets get you back to sweet dreams and find out what is happening. Where is this happening and what kind of phone do you have, make/model?  How long have you had this line of service with us? Here to help you back to great service ASAP.
