I have tried two browsers and an iPhone. I follow the prompts to apply my Verizon Visa Dollars towards my next bill and every time it goes to a blank screen and does nothing. I have chatted on the Help several times and of course they do not help me. I am thinking I will drop my Verizon Visa as soon as I get this resolved due to the lack of customer service. Can anyone please help? Thank you in advance.
