Please disconnect these two devices and provide me with ant credit I’m entitled too. Additionally I have been asking for a senior discount for over 6 months and have yet to receive such. Please provide me with my senior discount immediately and preferably take it back to six months ago when I first requested it. Please let me know what my new monthly bill will be after the disconnections and senior discount. Thank you. Denise Ward

There is no senior discount for most plans. There is a senior plan, but that requires a whole new plan and is only available in certain areas, not nationwide.
To cancel service or remove a line permanently: Call Customer Service at (800) 392-0717, (Mon – Fri, 7 AM - 9 PM, Sat – Sun, 8 AM – 9 PM local time).
