I did not receive a shipping label to send the devices I agreed to trade-in.

Two weeks ago today, I moved 5 lines from T-Mobile to Verizon at my local Verizon store and agreed to trade-in 2 fairly new devices for credit. We weren't ready to hand over the 2 devices quite yet as we wanted to copy data from them first, so the store gave us a box and 2 shipping envelopes. They said an email would be sent with a link to print a shipping label. I did not receive the email. I went to the store today and they told me I would be able to find the shipping label by searching My Verizon online. No such luck. A call to customer service yielded nothing as the "right" people to help me were now unavailable. I am supposed to ship the trade-in devices by tomorrow and I cannot get a shipping label. 

Any help on this?

A corporate store can accept the return for you.
