I've literally been trying, FOR YEARS, to get my son as an account manager so he can upgrade his phone without me being there, but EVERY TIME I've tried I've been met with this greeting, "The activity you are trying to perform is currently unavailable. Please try again later."
There are other links that are broken, but this link has NEVER WORKED.
I've tried at night, in the morning, in the afternoon, on weekends, weekdays, yesterday, the day before, a week ago. The phone support hasn't helped one bit either with assigning an account manager.
It absolutely shouldn't take years to get something like this done. We definitely want to make sure you are able to manage the account the way you need to. That's certianly quite odd that you have received the same message over and again. We would recommend clearing your browsers cache and cookies or using another browser to make the change.
