I have no words to accurately describe how I feel about Verizon....the communications company that cannot manage to keep a website working correctly. I have spent the last day of 2016 trying to access my SHOPPING CART. I had my phone stolen and wanted to purchase another phone and pick it up in store. Now, I cannot do either as it's too late. I will remember this forever. As I prepare to switch to Sprint, Verizon has actually done me a favor in speeding up my decision making. My next order of business will be to retain a lawyer in anticipation of the fight Verizon will put up to make me pay my way out. This will NOT happen. Verizon, I will see you in court and online, where I shall be bashing you until the end of my days. For the past 10 years, I've been a customer of yours. In 2006, you were a great company. Today, you are bloated, overpriced, and you abuse your most loyal and oldest customers on a regular basis. [Removed] I'm going to Sprint, where the abuse will at least be priced appropriately.[Removed]

You don't provide specific to what happened and why you couldn't get what you wanted.
You also signed an agreement that does not provide a way for you to sue Verizon. You especially can't sue to be released from paying them money that you owe them for services rendered and devices you purchased. If you break the agreement, you will be responsible for all monies due as outlined in the contract/agreement you put your signature to.
