My phone stoped working last month on a 22ed I went down to the local store where they informed me that my phones not reading the sim card, they tryed a new sim card and nothing. I was told to contact level two customer support. I was on the phone for a couple hours ,trying to figure out a salution, the person at the store listed me as coming in with a phone but I purchased it in store, so it wasn't under warranty, but it was. I was then told I would receive a call on Tuesday at two on another number, I didn't reserve a call , I called back and the person on the phone set me up with a new phone coming in the mail , he told me I would receive a e-mail with the details. I havent. I log into my account now and I see that I'm paying off my old phone!!! I all ready payed for!! And upgraded to a new phone !!! This is a garbage shoot! What the heck ? I'm disabled and can't afford this garbage, I haven't had the service I've payed for, or the customer service I'm paying for.

the original is a Samsung s8 black, my new phones a pixel 4 white.
i checked my bank statement and there hasn't been any payment for the shipping for my replacement phone. its been over a week for 2 day shipping . .

Turns out the guy I ordered my replacement phone last time didn't put any space number, after confirming that he had it ... I found this out after I called last week, I was connected with someone out of the states who's seconds language was english, verry nice and polite, we worked it out and was told I would receive another phone within two days free shipping, thank you. I'm now sending this well after two days. I'm dumbfounded, I throw my hands up in frustration. All I want is what I'm paying for, I just payed my bill another time for what, a brick ? This isn't my fault. Thank you for the link.
